RESPONSIBILITY:

 

The responsibility of Golf Trip Guys, LLC. and/or its agents are limited. Golf Trip Guys, LLC. acts only as an agent for clients in regard to travel. Golf Trip Guys, LLC assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasional either by reason of defect, through acts of God, war, fire, breakdown in machinery, riots, strikes or from any causes beyond the control of Golf Trip Guys, LLC. Tour services including tee times, transportation and lodging are furnished by independent contractors (suppliers) and do not act for or on behalf of Golf Trip Guys, LLC. The acceptance of tour arrangements is deemed to be consent to the above. Golf Trip Guys, LLC is not liable or responsible in any way whatsoever for any act, error or omission or for inconvenience, loss, damage, injury or death arriving out of tour arrangements.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS:

​

An initial deposit of $600 per person is required to confirm a reservation. Some vendors require a larger deposit during peak or holiday times. No travel services will be booked or confirmed without receipt of deposit.

Final Payment is due 90 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 90 days of travel, full payment is required at time of booking.

Golf Trip Guys, LLC cannot guarantee any reservations not paid on time. In some instances, Golf Trip Guys, LLC is required to release rooms back to the supplier when not paid on time. In these instances, Golf Trip Guys, LLC will make every effort to reacquire space. In this instance, the customer is required to pay any late booking fees incurred by Golf Trip Guys, LLC plus a $25.00 re-booking fee.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellations must be received by Golf Trip Guys, LLC. in writing.

Event Packages Policy

​

The initial deposit of $600 per person is refundable up to 50% along with any subsequent payments made if the trip is canceled within 90 days of travel, provided the reservation was initially made 91 or more days prior to travel.   Reservations made within 90 days of travel are subject to the cancellation penalties outlined below.

​

Cancellations received 90 or more days prior to travel will be refundable up to 50%, less any non-refundable fees assessed by the travel suppliers. Cancellations received 30 days or fewer days prior to travel will be non-refundable.

 

In all instances above, best efforts will be made to fill your spot. If your spot is filled, all payments will be fully refundable. 

 

Individual Golf Trip

 

Individual golf grips are subject to the destination policies and refund amounts. We will make every effort to provide refunds to the extent possible. Also, credits may be made available to apply towards any future bookings with Golf Trip Guys, LLC. 

The initial deposit of $300 per person is refundable up to 50% if the trip is canceled within 30 days of travel, provided the reservation was initially made 31 or more days prior to travel.   Cancelations made within 30 days of travel are subject to the cancellation penalties of the destination.

Airlines

 

Golf Trip Guys, LLC is not responsible for booking or coordination of airline travel. Tickets are the responsibility of the traveler and refunds are based on the individual airlines cancellation policy. Most airline tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

GOLF:

​

All golfers must check in at least ½ hour prior to tee time. Tee times missed due to late check in or due to weather related issues will be handled on an individual basis by each course and are not the responsibility of Golf Trip Guys, LLC. Once play begins, no refunds will be provided by Golf Trip Guys, LLC for any reason. No cash refunds will be issued for rain checks obtained at any golf course. Rain does not constitute cancellation of play unless the golf course officially closes. Golf Trip Guys, LLC. will not be responsible for lost or canceled tee times as a result of air flight delays, war, or acts of God. All golf courses require proper attire (e.g. collared shirts, Bermuda shorts, no t-shirts, cutoffs or jeans, etc.).

NO REFUNDS FOR UNUSED SERVICES:

 

Refunds or allowances will not be made for transportation, accommodations, tee times, services or other portions of the trip which are unused on or after the tour departure date.

INSURANCE:

 

Passengers are strongly advised to protect themselves with insurance. Optional cancellation, accident, health and baggage insurance are available to protect tour participants from unforeseen circumstances.
